Disappointed. Had to throw them out. I'm not normally someone you'd find in the kitchen. First, too much smoked paprika got into it. But when I got them out of the oven I knew something else was wrong and the taste was horrible. That's when I noticed that I put baking soda, not baking powder in it. Kind of laughing about it now... steamed the rest of my zucchini simultaneously, but will try again next time I get zucchini, which is almost every week!
Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! Yes, baking soda can give a weird taste. Maybe leave the smoked paprika out. If you have some sun-dried tomatoes (the ones without oil), you could chop some up and add -- maybe 1/4 cup? They give a nice umami flavor. I applaud your persistence. 😍
I did the sun-dried tomatoes without oil... I did that. I will do that again. I had a grater that did 2 sizes... I think I will use all thin slices next time... Yes, I will do them again. Probably on Thursday. Thank you!!
Printing and taking to the kitchen TODAY! Thank you!
Let me know how they turn out! 💖

Uhm, I've never done slices... always shreds... Good luck next time!
not inch slices, more like thick slivers versus very miniscule shreds.
