Thank you! Yes, I love the book. Some 25 or so years ago I was intrigued by his father's, Rupert Sheldrake's book about morphic respnance, A New Science of Life. And his brother, Cosmo Sheldrake, is a fantastic composer/musician who incorporates recorded bird songs with his music. What a gifted family.
Yes, an incredibly gifted and magical family. His wife Jill wrote a beautiful book on SPIRALS. Check it out.
In 1999, after reading Rupertβs book on morphic resonance , I was in his website for a year or so until it closed.
I heard him speak in D.C. once. When I asked him if he thought π if the universe was alive, he said yes. Then he went on to elaborate. And quoted text I had written about raising animals. I was tickled. I also mentioned in his forum about my liking his remarks about dogs, in a conference he was in with Daniel Dennett and others. Within 6 months, Rupert wrote his book on dogs πΆ.
I read it. Just like imagining ancient cultures (something I like to do) it opens up your brain in a way that feels invigorating and healthy. Good ideas can flow in an open circuit. The beauty and wonder of this creation is the real mind blower.
Jessica, so excited to see your post!
As I started to read I intended to tell you about Merlinβs fabulous book π ENTANGLED LIFE.
Glad you already read it.
Going to restack this nowβ¦ π
