We're One Year Old!

Thank you, dear subscribers! A year ago from today I published my first article. Some sixty posts later, I have 64 subscribers, ten of whom actually pay me to write — my eternal gratitude to you!

Reading about the well-being of animals, both wild and domesticated, of trees and forests, oceans and waterways — or better, reading about WHY they’re NOT well — isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. That’s why I appreciate each one of you, whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or contemplating a step in this direction. What you eat has an enormous influence on the Earth and all living beings because it’s directly linked to global warming and future climate catastrophes. I trust that everybody who subscribed to my Substack blog — newsletter? don’t really know what to call it — is aware of the issues involved. Let’s look to another year of growing awareness and connections!
